What a selective and self-serving interpretation of the gospels. When Jesus gave the illustration of the Samaritan helping the Jew, what message was he trying to convey?

I've known a few JWs who will do charity work. But the majority of them will use the new order as a sort of 'get out of jail free card' to avoid anything charitable. The reasoning is that god will fix everything in his own time, so they don't need to do anything now to help others.

i find myself not really caring what happens to walt.

but i'm definitely rooting for something good to happen to jesse, anything at all..

My understanding of the last scene was that it was him dying from the gunshot wound.

For some reason I was expecting more sentimentality in the farewell between him and Jesse. But I guess it was more realistic the way it was.

centerton police arrested a man accused of firing close to 19 rounds at a group of jehovahs witnesses on saturday (sept. 28th).

john baldwin, 35, bonded out on $50,000 sunday morning.. according to a probable cause affidavit, three jehovahs witnesses approached baldwin in his front yard at rainbow farm road and baldwin told them, get your (explicit) off my property, i moved out here to get away from people like you.. the report states the jehovahs witnesses apologized and as they were getting in their car one of them heard get me my 9.. baldwin admitted to firing a gun at three jehovahs witnesses when they drove away from his house, according to the report.. baldwin was booked into benton county jail on felony charges of aggravated assault.. several of baldwins neighbors said he moved to the neighborhood less than a month ago.. kristi tidwell who lives nearby said she was home when police arrived at her neighbors home.. my husband and i were working around the house, we had the blinds open in the back we saw probably seven or eight cop cars pulling in there, tidwell said.

South Park does a whole skit on jeHovahs Witnesses

watchin the season premier of south park, something i don't normally do but just happened to catch and glad i did.

they totally had two jw women go to one of the characters "butters" house and gave him a magazine about some sort of destruction scene that was on the cover representing armageddon.

yet again showing that the ancient pagen name of hovah they worship really does live up to the name defined as ruin according to strongs 1943. wife and i laughed our butts off... even the world knows how the "wbtsociety" is so fear focused on destruction rather than the real love that our savior said should be our true walk and focus... .

Marie ends up as cell mate with Lydia for grand theft.

That would be a fitting end. I've always found her to be rather sanctimonious and hypocritical.

i was informed that due to oct 5th wt biz meet all meetings for that week are cancelled,.

i asked if the mid week meeting was also and was told yes, because of the assembly.. it seems there's an overload of theocratic alternative banqueting feasts available so.

that the regular menu at the kh is not necessary for that week.

Has anyone been infected by the FBI Moneypak virus?

it happened to me a few weeks ago.

my laptop locked up and i got a message, supposedly from the fbi cybercrimes division, saying that there was a criminal investigation being launched against me for one or multiple infringements.

and being the tech savvy guy that i am, i thought it was real, and started freaking out.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. My laptop locked up and I got a message, supposedly from the FBI cybercrimes division, saying that there was a criminal investigation being launched against me for one or multiple infringements. And being the tech savvy guy that I am, I thought it was real, and started freaking out. The letterhead seemed authentic, and it had my name, IP address, and service provider. Fortunately, after the intitial shock wore off, I was able to think more clearly, and realize it was a scam.

For starters, the fact that it was asking for 300 dollars, that could only be paid with Moneypak, should've been a red flag. And then there's the fact that the FBI would never employ such a tactic to begin with.

So I was without my laptop for a couple of weeks because I wasn't aware of how easy it actually was to remove the virus. I thought I was going to have to take it in to a professional, and wasn't sure I wanted to bother, being that it was an old computer, and I've been wanting to update. But I got bored last night and was able to remove it on my own with little difficulty.
